The Amelia Center has served as a place of hope for grieving children, parents and families for ten years. We recognize that loss impacts whole families and seek to provide, more than anything else, a place where you and your family can sit down, slow down, and begin to find meaning and hope once again.

We are a comprehensive grief counseling center for families in that we provide individual family counseling with a very caring professional staff, as well as facilitated grief support groups, short-term topical grief support groups, educational opportunities, memorial services, and critical incident stress management response to schools and places of worship affected by loss.

We invite you to explore this site and hope that it might be a resource to you on your grief journey.
