Part of our mission at The Amelia Center is to provide resources to parents, teachers, school counselors, and friends who would like to better understand grief and its effects on children and families. We have included numerous pages of resources that give age specific information on children's grief and practical strategies on how to help a child cope with tragedy. Should you have any additional questions or need to talk to a counselor, please feel free to call The Amelia Center at (205) 251-3430.
